Lifting Sets to Vector Spaces via Categorification

Set has no algebraic structure,  hence useless in computation.

However you can use a technique called “Lifting function” to transform  the Set as a BASIS of a Vector Space – or  Module over semi-ring (eg. Natural numbers include 0)– which is an algebraic structure, thus able to apply linear map with matrices.

Example : Sets A = {Cat, Dog, Bird } , Set B {Mammal,  non Mammal}
